I have designed and delivered management development workshops and programmes to organisations of all sizes and to delegates from board level to middle management.
A skilled facilitator and coach, I am passionate about learning and its transfer to the workplace. My greatest satisfaction comes from seeing delegates adopt new behaviours that deliver real, sustainable results. My background is in management in the retail sector where I worked for 11 years before becoming H.R. director.
I established my own training company in 1986 and have worked with organisations including: Standard Life, 3Com Europe, Kier Construction Group, Diageo, British Telecom, Glasgow Caledonian University, Bausch & Lomb & Scottish Widows. I am Co-author of 2 books, ?Non Stop Creativity & Innovation? and ?Hearts, Minds, Bottom Lines ? Investing in Social Capital? both published by McGraw Hill in 2002.
