Expert Facilitator - Drumming Team Building
I am involved in motivational team building. Companies and event organisers are always looking for weird and wonderful ways that they can make a relatively boring day seem a little bit more exciting and interesting. Things like meetings, conferences and get-togethers that they have off-site.
We come in, and as a pick-me-up and as a motivator, we give everyone a musical instrument, primarily based around drums and other hand percussion instruments, and facilitate them through a team building session.
I am one part of the Human Rhythms team that is an Australian owned and operated company. We offer our facilitation services in Australia, Asia, Middle-East and Europe.
We provide the service without one word being spoken. It is a great lesson in leadership, that so much can be done with having to speak.
