He has worked in the Engineering realm for duration of three and a half years. Worked as a site Engineer for duration over three years at Civil Construction sites. Was responsible for planning and execution of industrial and residential projects.
Organisational Development and Training:
Presently working as a consultant with a premier firm, specializing in Organizational Development interventions, the major focus being attitudinal and behavioural training. He was earlier a consultant with another eminent consultancy and went on to head the training function at a Pune based International Call Centre where he was responsible for the Customer Delight training. The focus here was the soft skills one, post which other hard skill requirements are also catered to. In this area he follows a three- pronged approach:
