This consultant has had wide experience of group, collaborative and participative working since 1986. He has experience of preparing for and running a variety of facilitated workshops (1500+), for clients of all levels, throughout organizations.
This has included strategic, business and project planning, requirements definition, process modelling, problem solving/issue resolution, project completion, partnering, communication and team building and Joint Application Development (JAD) workshops.
He has designed; project managed and run change management workshops as part of wider major change programmes/initiatives.
He has co-developed and run core facilitation skills and change management courses. He also has extensive experience in training, training consultancy, course development and tutoring in other areas.
He is also an IAF Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) and Assessor.
He has worked throughout many different organisations: with executive teams, customer facing staff and clients, with suppliers and prospective partners.
He also provides facilitation skills training and Change & Transition awareness/readiness programmes focusing on the people aspects of change and transition.
He has worked with clients throughout the UK and Europe, clients have incorporated both profit and non-profit, private and public sector organisations and third sector.
