This lady facilitator, is a Narrative Therapist, features in the ?Who's Who of Women in the World? and is recognised nationally and internationally for her art on cards and calendars.
She is the President and founder of the Consortium of Accredited and Approved trainers (COAT), a specialist network of dedicated professionals in the field of learning and believes that her Path reveals itself as she walks it.
Life coaching, employing art narrative as a tool for the expression of emotion, is her passion. She employs holistic thinking in all spheres of her life and utilises the concept of Psychological Trigger actions to illustrate the effect that tired thinking can have on the flow of life and productivity. Her extensive corporate background in strategic human resource management enables her to provide productive results from a skills and equity and leadership point of view.
Currently, she is completing her Masters in Narrative Counselling. Her practice is run from Fourways South Africa.
General background
From 1980 to 1997 she filled the position of Executive Manager assisting the Chairman of Toyota South Africa. A very close working relationship existed between her and the Managing Director, Mr Brand Pretorius who supported her transformation endeavours within the company as a whole ? including the Manufacturing Plant in Durban.
She committed to the development of people combining drive and sensitivity. During 1988 she was awarded a National Award for Personal Excellence and was honoured by the South African Television morning show and Rennies International.
During May of 1990 she was elected as an affiliate of the Institute of Administration and Commerce of Southern Africa. From 1997 she managed her own company.
