As a master coach, designer and facilitator of culture change and leadership programs, Ivy has worked with leaders and leadership teams in China, Hong Kong and Australia during the past 10 years. Before her consulting career, she spent 10 years in the Information Technology industry in various regional marketing and business development positions for prominent technology companies such as Sybase and Lotus Software Development.
