Develoment Trainer
I am an experienced development trainer, working in both the public and private sectors and at all levels within organizations. I am also a visiting lecturer at universities in the UK, Far East and Africa.
I am a psychology graduate with a Masters Degree in Training and Development, and have been with Fusion for six years, following ten years as a Senior Development Consultant in the financial services sector. I am experienced in many areas of development from Training Needs Analysis to the design and development of programmes for many different companies at all levels.
In addition to being a visiting lecturer at the University fo Warwick, where I lectured in Teamwork and Communication and Performance Management, I also lecture in these subjects at universities in Malaysia, South Africa and the Peoples' Republic of China.
