She has worked with clients in the public and private sectors both in the UK and overseas including British Airways, Lloyds TSB, oneworld alliance, Surrey County Council and Carmarthenshire County Council.
She furthered her own personal development with specific training as a personal coach in 2002 and as a business coach in 2003 both achieved through Results Coaching Systems, a global coaching organisation. This enhances her knowledge base, initiated with a Bachelor of Education Degree, in Facilitation, Training and Consultancy.
She established her own company in 2003 with the goal of helping sales people achieve increased personal and team effectiveness and gain greater satisfaction and success from their work.
