Global aerospace business - led the HR due diligence for a multi-million pound aerospace business acquisition, including development of the next steps strategy for the integration of the two businesses
FTSE 100 energy business - HR lead for a major business restructuring and change project, with particular focus on divestment, organisation design, communication and implementation strategy
Leading employment law consultancy - support to a large range of enterprises on contractual and employment law issues
